We send our fabrics and wallpaper rolled onto cardboard tubes to ensure that they arrive with you in the best possible condition. Our shipping and delivery is handled by DX, UPS and Parcelforce. We have a flat rate delivery charge of £20.00 for a standard service (usually next day delivery), please note that these charges apply to UK Mainland deliveries only.
You will be charged for delivery costs at time of purchase – if you have any queries at all regarding delivery, please contact email@example.com or call 0207 013 0847 before you place your order.
All orders, apart from sample swatches, will require a signature on delivery. In the case of a missed delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card at your delivery address, which will give a list of re-delivery options.
We endeavour to meet estimated delivery dates, however there may be instances when delivery times are subject to delays for reasons beyond our control (severe weather conditions, strikes etc.) and for which we cannot be held responsible. Please note that any delay of part of an order against an estimated delivery date does not entitle you to cancel the order.
We make every effort to ensure that goods arrive with you in perfect condition. However, please be aware that it is your responsibility to check for any damage to the product and/or packaging before you accept delivery, and to report any damage to us within 48 hours.
