Shipping & Delivery
Fabrics and wallpapers are supplied rolled onto cardboard tubes and wrapped in recycled and recyclable protective covering to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Smaller orders may be folded upon request.
Shipping and deliveries are handled by reputable couriers, typically DX, UPS or DHL. Please allow approximately 4–5 working days for UK mainland delivery. The delivery charges and timings set out below apply to UK mainland addresses only.

Delivery
Delivery charges are applied at the time of purchase and will be shown alongside your order. If you have any queries regarding delivery, please contact the studio or sales@tissusdhelene.co.uk before placing your order.
All orders, with the exception of sample swatches, may require a signature on delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave notification and provide details of re-delivery options.
Cloth & Clover endeavours to meet estimated delivery dates. However, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, industrial action or carrier delays.
